It was so nice to see their level of perfectionism with each song, each lyric etc… for those of us that are not singers we know it’s perfection, but it’s nice to see the how amazing the why behind it. I loved this so much.
I'm so happy that you reacted to this PTX video and that you liked it. It was a nice surprise that they let us see as much as we did behind the scenes of their recording process. I love how everyone was free to share their suggestions and how said suggestions were respected and acted upon by the others. Amazing band - amazing people.
So miss my choir nerd days! Those people made school worth going to everyday! They were such a support system and made you feel like you belonged. You two reacting and chatting about music bring me right back there! So glad you found each other so we can see your reactions!

YES to everything you said about choir singing! Due to Kirstins pregnancy PTX has postponed their European tour another year but they added another concert day and venue in Germany and I got tickets for that! Its more than a year still but I AM EXCITED!
While I am not 100% where exactly Mitch was during the percussion recording...this week (that day was August 24th) he was releasing his first solo EP Roses ( released August 27th) so could of had something to do with that. Would also explain why he was on his phone a lot 🤣
I had just gone back to check the dates on Patreon as I assumed the same for why he might not have been there. He must have been exhausted those two weeks! He did a couple of live streams, a podcast episode, released the visualisers and his EP, all while they were recording the Evergreen album.
I loved, loved, loved your reaction. This is right up your alley. It's so nice to hear a reaction by people who really know what is going on with their rehearsals. I bet Ben is going to film Kirstie and their daughter a lot.

Like guys seriously, the whole Mask thing was just a very big marketing thing. It has been very medically proven thing wearing a mask in a group is kind of like fighting wind in a tornado. Its for show its to impress people around you but medically its kind of BS.
