You know what I think? I think Deku was a lot valuable then he thought he was because, if only 20% of people don’t have quirks then most people will have a quirk and the fact that he doesn’t means he’s special, what I’m trying to say is no matter how different you are you are still special!

I always think about this though. Like they don't have bulletproof bodies, and I've only seen the pro hero sniper and overhaul use guns before. It's a bit strange, but I guess in a world full of superpowers that's the least they would worry about.

I love this and all, but the quirk injection just makes this so much less satisfying. He is proving that quirkless people should be treated equally, but ends up having to use a quirk.
True but he did not know hed be caught,a quirkless person can never outrun someone with a quirk like hawks,nor fight back
interesting take on the AU, one thing I wanted to mention was the questionable math and date since you said it had been 2years since he ran away after the all might interaction. Unless he hasn't aged, he should be 17 and not 15 years old :)

A idea for a possible part 2:
After that, Izuku is taken to UA.
He is happy to be there, a lot.
While walking to the principal's office, Bakugo sees Izuku with Aizawa.
(Bakugo still din't realise it was Izu!) He comes up to Aizawa and asks "Sensei?! I through you we're getting that Deku! This is a child..-"
Bakugo looks at Izuku in the eyes and realises it's him.
Aizawa tells him about Izuku being Deku and all.
Bakugo is pretty much speechless and couldn't say a word.
Meanwhile Aizawa explains, we can see Izuku's mind: "K-kacchan.... no... Katsuki Bakugo. I knew you would be here but not that we would see each other.." Izuku looks at him with a sarcastic smile, feeling dissapointment and anger.
Aizawa finishes explaining and takes Izuku with him.
After they leave, Bakugo still speechless starts crying and falls into his knees.
"You were alive all long?! Are you.. a.. villain now..? Are you still that dreamy boy..? Izuku.. I-I am sorry.."
CUT SCENE!
With Izuku, Aizawa and Nezu at the office.
"So this is Deku hm? He looks pretty funny! So, Aizawa, are you really going to recommend him?"
Aizawa nods and says "I am definetly going to adopt him too."
Izuku, with a surprised but happy face "W-wait what?! Are you really going to do this Eraser-Head?"
Aizawa tells him yes.
Izuku hugs him again while Nezu sips his tea.
Time-break, the next day.
Izuku is getting readý for his first day at UA, his dream come true. While he is changing, we can see some flashbacks of Izuku and Aizawa filling some papers and his mind, saying "I can't believe he actually adopted me! I guess my name is Izuku Aizawa now.
After gettimg ready, with his uniform, he leaves his room and sees Shota making coffee. (I am calling Aizawa "Shota" because now Izuku is also an Aizawa :'D)
"Eras- dad- SENSEI! I am ready!"
"Alright kiddo. Do you want some coffee?"
"Of course!" *while drinking* "Am I going to class 1-A with you?"
"Yeah. It's already explained to them about "the new student" who, it's you."
"That will be soo much fun! *I really want to know if is there any real heroes like you there..*"
"For me, they're all kids, training to be some."
"Tsk.. true.."
"Let's go. We don't want to be late."
"Alright!!!!!!!!"
After some walk, Shota walks into his class and says "Good morning everyone. As I bet you all know we have a special student joining us in class. You can enter, Deku."
Izuku enters and Aizawa asks for him to tell his full name and age.
"My name is Izuku Aizawa, I have 15 years."
Everyone is pretty much shooked about tHE viGIlaNtE DeKu being a "kid" and about his last name.
Bakugo in the back, it's not shooked about Izuku's second name being diferent, since Aizawa told him. (ANYWAY) He covers his head and it's pretty much sad about Izuku.
Izuku looks at Bakugo and puts a smile on his face.
"You can sit by the Blonde boy over there Izuku."
"Oh, by Katsuki?" Everyone is in shook about him knowing his name, even Aizawa.
But more of that, Bakugo is speechless again. "He called me... Katsuki and not.. Kacchan..."
Aizawa nods and Izuku sits by Bakugo.
Izuku and Bakugo did never talk trough the whole class btw.
Time break
After classes and everyone left the class.
"Oh, looks like it's just you and me here Katsuki."
"Stop... it hurts.. I am sorry izuku!"
"What? Now you're sorry? You weren't sorry when you hurted me and told me to jump off the rooftop."
"I-.."
While Izuku is about to leave the classroom, he says "Maybe... later."
PART 2 FINISHES AND I WAIT FOR PART 3! AND IT BECOMES A SERIES AND- okay I stoped.
