At 4:33 in the video - I can’t seem to get the large plastic piece pulled apart from the case. It is held towards the top with the top upper left posts - if which there are 4 of them. Also there are two metal right angle pieces that is also holding the plastic piece onto the case. Can you explain? Or add an additional video? Also - the whole video to remove the top is missing. It goes from the top on to the top off with no video. Can you explain or add additional video to this as well

Please what do I do I am unable to smoothly pull out mine or take it back in as you did with yours because one side is a bit tougher to pull out than the other and I can’t put it back in or completely pull it out
