ok so level 1 used to be alot like level 0 but got fully changed and has toms diner and stuff like that, it also has boxes and lots of supplies now.

It's habitable if you go to the light zones, I specially recommend you to stay with someone. It's a pretty dark level, this level has constantly blackouts so please be careful if you are in a dark Zone
