I want to make a few points to increasing birth rate..it takes a whole village to raise a child therefore the Government must support young families and parents for example in the health sector and education since these 2 are expensive and important components of raising a healthy and educated individual

Because, the fact is crystal clear, the tribals has never lost their culture, tradition, etc. My comment may contrast yours but it is what it is. I am a tribal, I have my culture and tradition. So does, the rest of the tribals in manipur.
And if you think delisting tribals from st list is possible, only time will bring you the answer.
