Thank you for teaching me!! I'm watching this because I'd love to make my own Mario Vs. Donkey Kong Mini Mario wind up toy one day. Official plushies were released for the game, but only having a real wind-up toy would satisfy me. I always thought handmade crafts were super interesting on their own, but ones that use mechanical parts to move around on their own are even more exciting!!
Hi. I’m looking for a wind up mechanism that has an external time release. I’m designing a toy. For example: The mechanism holds a ball from rolling by a simple “arm” then you wind up the gear box and then the arm is retracted or moved out of the way which allows the ball to pass. I hope that made sense? Is there such thing? If you could help that would be great? thank you. 👍
Yes that's entirely possible but too detailed to explain in a comment - after the course launches, sign up to learn how to design toy mechanisms from idea to 3D model to 3D print
Нам в вузе дали задание посмотреть этот видос и ответить на кучу вопросов по нему в качестве домашнего задания... Правда я до сих пор не понимаю, зачем нам в техническом вузе столько английского
I don’t know if it’s just me and I don’t know why but I hate these toys I swear I would get so scared when I saw them and one time I saw the building that made these toys and freaked out😂
Great job explaining the workings of this simple windup toy robot. thank you for sharing with us all.
No problem, I'm glad you liked it 😀
Great Video! Hope the channel relauches soon.
That’s a really cool and simple explanation for how wind up toys work.
Thanks, hopefully it helps people to understand how a common toy mechanism works - they are often simple but very clever because of cost restrictions!
1:30 bro ran from his friend.
Thanks for posting

Was he a hero?
We had to use this for a school project. Amazing :D
Awesome! What was the project?
@@toyandgameschool mechanisms, it’s really fun
@@alessandronucci3470 Yeah mechanisms are really interesting!
I love these mechanical toys
They really need to reinvent these toys because I really love windup⚙️toys
how can i find Upper chain gear box same like in video with toy legs
Is it possible to have it converted to electrical power by having an additional motor attached to turn it?
bro i had the same ass idea
I'm trying to figure out how to make a windup toy electric motorized.
CAN YOU FIX IT BACK AGAIN

Great
Thanks Nilesh!
I wanna see how one with a key in the back works now lol
