Great info. Also could you please advise on the foundation problems in round rock Austin especially essentially along I-35 . Have heard a lot about the foundational repairs with clay soil. Any guidance on which part of round rock is good
Hi there! What is your idea of reasonable? :) Austin has gotten pretty unaffordable unfortunately. Hutto, Taylor and Kyle are still somewhat reasonable.

Given how much RR has appreciated, is there still room to grow? Looking for investment properties and debating between DFW suburbs VS Austin suburbs. Thanks!
My investor clients are buying here as a long term investment. Rental prices haven’t caught up to sales prices, so you are not going to get positive cash flow most likely.
Avery Ranch is in Austin, but the schools are RR ISD or Cedar Park ISD depending on location. Avery taxes are getting really high with Williamson County jacking assessed value up 10% each year on average.
Totally misinformation. Berehns Ranch and Walsh Ranch have a high ranking elementary school and middle school inside the neighborhood and there is no mention of it in the top 3, and they all go to great highschool. This video is more from the point of view of a realtor who probably has listings in those 3 neighborhoods.

Why would you want to live in a community where the schools in the same neighborhood are zoned to different schools? You grow up with neighbors but still dont go to the same school, what an aweful experience.

I haven't heard of foundation issues in a particular community.
