I just tried enoki mushrooms for the first time today and I coated them with the Buldak extra spicy sauce. It is now my favorite thing to eat. I can’t believe I’ve gone 33 years without having this before. My life felt waisted
▶ RECIPE (as in the video 2~3 portions) ＊ingredients enoki mushroom 800g (or other mushrooms) ＊SAUCE red chili paste (Gochujang) 3 Tbsp cooking syrup (or sugar) 3 Tbsp red pepper powder 2 Tbsp fish sauce 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp crushed garlic 1 Tbsp MSG 1 pinch and a little bit of water and If you want a extra spicy, add as much Korean fire sauce as you want 1- bake mushrooms in an oiled frying pan (1 minute each on both sides) 2- pour the sauce with the right amount of water and coat it with mushrooms 3- boil it for 2~3 minutes while watching the concentration 4- grind the pepper and finish ps. this dish is quite delicious! but one bad thing is that I get stuck a lot between my teeth every time I eat mushrooms so if the video skips while I'm eating it's just cleaning my teeth... you don't have to imagine! thank you :) 한국어 레시피는 더보기란에 있습니다 유튜버들이 많이 먹지만 정작 우리 밥상에 오를 일 없는 녀석이죠? 근데 진짜 맛있으니 한 번 따라해보세요! 한가지 단점은.. 먹을때마다 이빨 사이에 너무 낑겨요 ㅠ 그런고로 먹는 도중에 영상이 건너뛰어진다 싶으면 이빨을 정리하는 것임.. 상상하실 필요는 읎어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 항상 시청 감사합니다 :)
