DIY RC STORAGE RACKS
I hope you managed to follow this! It's hard when Ian isn't the best at explaining things! But here we have it, all with a space for a new RC! Relatively easy, relatively cheap and customisable for your workspace.

Brings back memories of me working in a builders merchant 😂😂😂. I had to use a tape measure quite regularly.
Use a vacuum cleaner connected to the saw. It saves a lot of time when cleaning.

Just built this today
Ian's not too bad at Carpentry is he well done looks amazing and gives you more storage for your RC Cars and that spare space can be for the 30 degrees north 😉🤣🤣 🤷
I used to be a shit mechanic and now I'm a good carpenter lol, drill the dowel holes on a 3 degree angle to stop trucks sliding forward. Use a chalk line to line up the dowels vertically, back the smaller drill bits off every 20mil going through wood to break the wood chip and help it clear out of the bit, the bits will last much longer, and as for the bad eyecrometer, there are drills for sale with levels built into the back just for this purpose, keep in mind the board must also be level to make the drill-level acurate ;)

nice job but ill stick to my slightly more expensive but so much easier (and adjustable) twin slot shelving when i put some more up for this years planned purchases (spoiler alert 1 could be Japanese the other 1 or more could be American)

You need to measure the wheel base and height of each car really. One size doesn’t fit all 👍🏼
