    Yes, journaling is a very good way. My husband died in a traffic accident in May 2021 and I was advised to start writing 2 weeks later. I have always journaled, and this time I started to write about my life, our life together, memories, good times and not-so-good times, and so on. I wrote almost every day for 1-2 hours and this helped me release sadness, anger frustration, and fear. And I started to surrender, accept and forgive. I still journal and one day I will publish a book about how I bounced back to thriving. I am still not there, but small baby steps every day. Thank you for your channel Mary💖

    I journal. My husband passed July 2022, and I can express myself and I feel better.
