The situation here is that WinWin is a classical dancer (chinese tradicional) and Ten is a urban dancer and that is very obvious on their technique, so both of them are awesome but in different ways

Unfortunately they don't :/ A lot of people refuse to give WayV a chance and acknowledging them as it is and Winwin is still widely considered as untalented and a filler member and it really sucks :( Both WayV and Winwin deserve so much better.

In my opinion it is. He trained in Chinese traditional dance since he was a child till idk what age but it was a long time. That style of dancing is rooted in him and that’s why he’s extremely sharp with his movements.
WinWin and Ten's dance is about self-acceptance embracing both the light and the dark sides. It is the self conflict between your good side and bad side. WinWin represents the bad side and Ten represents the good side. But you can not be whole and complete unless you embrace both sides...so the tree which was split in half and apart ..finally unit back into one tree. I love the concept. It's so beautiful.

When watching this video, you have to keep in mind that they did all of this by themselves. They picked the song, the outfits, they decided the background, they MADE the choreography. They never put a specific meaning on any of it, which enables many people to think many things, which is one of the hardest things to do in dance. They are the most talented boys I've ever seen, including the rest of NCT, and they shock me every time they do something like this. STAN OT21, STAN TALENT, PEOPLE!!!

it’s really rare in kpop that artists are given the freedoms to truly create and I really love that WayV is getting to do this more. So much of kpop, especially from SM, is perfectly formulated, and successfully fulfills the sugar rush. It blows it off the roof. But it’s so refreshing and fascinating to see something a bit more real from these boys who are too often used as puppets for the industry. The fact that Ten and Winwin choreographed and designed the whole dance and concept for this video is so cool and I love seeing their interpretation and creative process and their chemistry is insane I am so happy for them
No idol right now is doing it like Ten - he can do contemporary, hip hop, tutting, waacking, even some breaking & tap dance, and still excel in group idol dancing - all while serving face + performance ❤🔥 His flexibility, groundedness, & musicality put him over the top
There's a reason why Winwin was one of the top students in Beijing Dance Academy (top dance school in China) before he was scouted by SM -- you could literally see his expertise in this genre (if you pause 1:16 onwards, any frame of Winwin would look like a sculpture.. you could see his perfect form that he trained for yearsss). If he wasn't discovered outside of his school by the SM staff, no doubt, he would've been a top performer (traditional dance) by now. SO SM, I HOPE YOU DON'T WASTE THIS KIND OF TALENT. @@misslf8 i think that too.. i remember once i heard a professional dancer talking about winwin and they pointed out how you could pause this video in any frame you want and you'll still get to see him as a perfect sculpture maybe bc of his classical background, mainly focused on angles, shapes, delicacy.. i marked those words and whenever i try doing this it's just so satisfying to my eyes! this performance of them is too iconic

We all know Ten is an INCREDIBLE dancer but I really couldn't take my eyes off of winwin the entire time. His classical training really shines in this piece.

The situation here is that WinWin is a classical dancer (chinese tradicional) and Ten is a urban dancer and that is very obvious on their technique, so both of them are awesome but in different ways
Which actually explains their story better in the behind the scenes video. Like I know that probably has nothing to do with it but still *I* think that its cool to just see their differences and compare them to the story.
I hope people remember this when they consider WinWin's talent 💚
Unfortunately they don't :/ A lot of people refuse to give WayV a chance and acknowledging them as it is and Winwin is still widely considered as untalented and a filler member and it really sucks :( Both WayV and Winwin deserve so much better.

In my opinion it is. He trained in Chinese traditional dance since he was a child till idk what age but it was a long time. That style of dancing is rooted in him and that’s why he’s extremely sharp with his movements.

WinWin and Ten's dance is about self-acceptance embracing both the light and the dark sides. It is the self conflict between your good side and bad side. WinWin represents the bad side and Ten represents the good side. But you can not be whole and complete unless you embrace both sides...so the tree which was split in half and apart ..finally unit back into one tree. I love the concept. It's so beautiful.

When watching this video, you have to keep in mind that they did all of this by themselves. They picked the song, the outfits, they decided the background, they MADE the choreography. They never put a specific meaning on any of it, which enables many people to think many things, which is one of the hardest things to do in dance. They are the most talented boys I've ever seen, including the rest of NCT, and they shock me every time they do something like this. STAN OT21, STAN TALENT, PEOPLE!!!

it’s really rare in kpop that artists are given the freedoms to truly create and I really love that WayV is getting to do this more. So much of kpop, especially from SM, is perfectly formulated, and successfully fulfills the sugar rush. It blows it off the roof. But it’s so refreshing and fascinating to see something a bit more real from these boys who are too often used as puppets for the industry. The fact that Ten and Winwin choreographed and designed the whole dance and concept for this video is so cool and I love seeing their interpretation and creative process and their chemistry is insane I am so happy for them

There's a reason why Winwin was one of the top students in Beijing Dance Academy (top dance school in China) before he was scouted by SM -- you could literally see his expertise in this genre (if you pause 1:16 onwards, any frame of Winwin would look like a sculpture.. you could see his perfect form that he trained for yearsss). If he wasn't discovered outside of his school by the SM staff, no doubt, he would've been a top performer (traditional dance) by now. SO SM, I HOPE YOU DON'T WASTE THIS KIND OF TALENT.
