Quite possibly the highest power setting I've ever heard from a GE90. Great vid!

It's a hot country. Air is thinner so gonna need that power!
I live in SEA as well, temp here is 43c!

There’s a video of an Aeroflot 777-300ER going around from JFK…that is the most intense GE90 sound on the internet I believe.

Because the runway in Manila Airport is little bit short for large aircraft but manageable by maximum thrust level

Tell you what, I had absolutely no idea Manila and Quezon City were so big! It just goes on forever 😶

Quite a quick and powerful takeoff for a Trans-Pacific crossing. They usually rotate further down the intersecting rwy.

Nice video man, I'm surprised how long they kept the flaps out for.

Final destination of the B777-322/ER UA190/189 can either be Washington Dulles or Terminal C Newark,NJ from MNL T3🇵🇭. In the case of EWR UA MNL staff can put you on SQ919/921 to SQ22 Terminal B or NH820 for UA78 to EWR B/C.

2:02 What's that BA A380 doing in a hanger there?

Lufthansa Technik has a maintenance base there so because of cheap labour, that's where BA and other airlines send their A380s for checkups. It's a multi-year deal to 2027 for BA. Not the most efficient method but it somehow seems to work.
