@@Matchanuki I'm not sure on filling out forms for already listed items but for requested items just add a image of the item, add tags, and weblink to it. I haven't been on it for a long so I'm not too familiar with its other options.

What about custom duties? For instance, shipping from Japan to Denmark?
As with all other international online shopping services, customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We find that most users don't end up having to pay duties, but we cannot guarantee you will not have to pay any tax when your item lands in your country.

Food is allowed as long as it has a use-by date of at least 6 weeks. So Pocky and Kit-Kats are okay, but bread is not. It also may depend on the import laws in your own country.

You simply chose the offer that interest you from their Japanese users. All offered prices already include shipping & service fees. The price you see is the final price you pay. As long as the items are not prohibited due to import restrictions, you are free to Request anything that is exclusive to Japan!

Would not recommend otsukai. Customer service is really unreasonable.
Good concept, poor execution. Would recommend others to stay away. They profiteer off the exchange rate.
