Great tutorials! Any tips on how to use Phonegap with Laravel as the backend? As Laravel is server side I guess it can work, but I'm not sure how to connect it to my Phonegap (or Ionic) app. If you don't mind to point me in the right direction, that would be great. Thanks!
You can use CefSharp to incorporate HTML/CSS/JS into your so called 'offline apps', as for PHP precisely - I don't think there is one, considering the fact you would have to install and emulate PHP on your phone.

I have used code igniter and rails - I like Laravel the best so far. It seems so much more "sexy" to me - if that is a valid adjective to use lol.
Yes i agree. It is sexy and easy to use. Similar to Rails, but is 100 times more powerful than codeigniter.
