I bought this and installed it myself. No issues at all, except I can't seem to unplug the harness from the back to take the brake controller out of the vehicle. I'm sure there's a plastic quick connect clip or something as part of the connector but can't seem to find it.

Hi David, thanks for reaching out. Sorry you are having this issue with the P2. There is a small black bull tab on the top of the harness connector. Pull up on it and pull the harness away from the controller, It should pop right off!

What does it mean when you turn the slider and no numbers come up. Only n.c.

Usually means the trailer brakes are not connected properly.
