We regularly use the Anti Flap Kit at the 25+ shows we attend each year and have not encountered this issue.

You should have called this an unboxing so I wouldn't have wasted my time watching the video.
You needed to demonstrate it being fitted to an Awning then tell us we find out more by going to the web site or looking for another video would have been fine then.
