Instead of wasting the water from overnight, use it to clean ur feed buckets! I used to feel dead bad for pouring it away but now I use it to clean them
This will be very helpful! Thx for making this video! Love you channel and especially ur horses, especially Parsnip and Perry I'm sorry but these guys r my Fav but I still love ❤️ all the others !
@@Shadowtheunicorn I know that it’s a new bedding but why don’t you not put bank on the side of the walls as it would be easier to do the bed then when u muck out as u can but the the u mucked out in the centre of the stable and then the clean bedding around on the walls. Ps lily I love you and ur horses ur video are amazing . But I would love if u could post and extra video during the week if u have the time.love u lily ur videos are very entertaining and amazing.
do any of the ponies try and eat the pellets becasue i want to move my horse on. to pellets but im worried. he may try and eat them becasue hes very food orientated
The Fur Monsters they are Plevin products Snowflake pellets, they are fab - bigger bags and much more absorbent and whiter than others we have tried. X
We wet some down and then add some dry depending on what the bed is looking like. Now we have their beds established we usually add dry pellets to the existing beds.
I'm struggling to see how that can be a comfortable bed, especially for an older horse with aches and pains :( There's nothing to it, no support, no warmth, no comfort. It may be better for mucking out for the human but I'm not convinced it's great for the horse, sorry!
Please do more videos they are so awesome and informational
Natalie Randall thank you so much
Okay as someone with OCD that is one INSANELY satisfying bed!!!

What if i just put the pellets? I mean without putting water. Or it can cause injury to the horse as it is cylindrical
You may have said in the video and I’ve just missed it but how often do you top up the pellets?
Eva Cooper we tend to do it as we need to, probably a bag every 10 days ish.

Cassie Barney Wally eats anything in sight and he has not even tried to eat them, so I can’t say that they do.
spray some disinfectant over the bed, should stop him wanting to eat it,or soak it before you put it down so that there are no pellets x
@@peggywiseman8113 thank you. xx
curious how it would go with a horse like mine who walks around and literally gets the whole stall all mixed and messy every night
I may have missed it but what brand of pellets do you use really interested!!
Kittie Longden snowflake pellets by Previn products
Woooo whoooo first one in the comments!!!
Paulette Wynter-Crossfield well done x
What pellets are those? They look great I might try them.

what are the plastic sheets for on the sides of the stables?
It holds bay instead of a haynet x
Do you mean the clear plastic outside the stables? If so they are to stop the horses chewing the wood which they seem to like doing in the winter 🥶
