- There are no words listed in any language to explain the torment and solidification of the devil herself, who awaits in the woods eager to swallow man whole. Those who don't know what they are getting into suffer deaths amongst those who have already been lost, and scream in ways unimaginable to the likes of the rich Floridian Woods. This story shall be remembered as the marvel that shook your beliefs.
Three Bigfoot Sympathizers along with a Nobel Peace Prize Winning Photographer, Catholic Priest, World Renown Orlando Cook, and a Certified Medical Expert might be in over their heads as they go after what mankind has been hunting for hundreds of years. Surely, however, they are the ones hunted in this Red-Neck Bible the world has never seen.
Dripping in violence never quite recorded before, this serves as Director Nicholas Pilk's 9th Feature Film - a long awaited return after his hiatus he coined his "Era of Short Films." While it might be our most violent movie to date, its use of blood is actually much lighter than previous films, such as our Post-Apocalyptic Spaghetti Western "These Lawless Lands" (2020) and her prequel, "The Ballad of Paris Cassidy" (2022).

Truly an illusion of your sickest fears, "The Clean Shot" (2023) is based on the American Beast Bigfoot, who locally in Florida has been referred to as "Skunk Ape." Whether you use "Sasquatch," "Swamp Creature," "Yeti," and the like, they are only second-hand names for the bloodthirsty hands of the devil.
This one hour and fifteen minute blockbuster was recorded on a Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k, Pilk's first Feature Film recorded on his once-recently purchased camera. "Interstate-4: Volume 1" (2021) through "Festival of Blood" (2022) served as his testimony with a new camera before shooting something on such a massive scale once again.

Reverend Gabriel Welday is one of our favorite Pilk Film Characters, just saying. His arrogance got the best of him, as does anyone facing the likes of the devil in the woods.

@@ecm958 God made the iceberg. God gave you the breadth you just took - you actually do not believe that you were made, purposefully. I usually don't go this route because a life with Jesus is beyond the boundaries of mere words - but simply put, if you are right and God doesn't exist upon death, I return to dust BUT if I am right and God does exist and therefore his word is veracious - then upon your death you know it's eternal damnation. So, which is the more insightful.

I haven’t forgotten, don’t you worry. Right off the bat the opening is sorta something from a Pilk film (idk if you’ve ever seen any of his films, pretty good stuff). No seriously, hooked me in right away man.
It’s a hour and fifteen minute movie - watching it isn’t something that pops into everyone’s schedule perfectly. We appreciate the love as always! Maybe we’ll have to watch a Pilk Film or two, but who knows when we’ll get around to that :)

I liked man of the year Marco, that was a fun performance. Nice themes of dishonesty and sin, avarice out in the heart of the jungle leading to retribution from the Devil herself. Great head crush effect at the end. The reverend and the captain had a strong presence and I think they could have carried the story even deeper into the woods. This one had a lot of heart, captured in the chemistry of the expedition team and the various monologues throughout. I would have liked to have seen more of Kurt Waters, but his small bits were enough. The hurricane damage footage was deeply disturbing. Well done and I’ll be looking forward to another one. They’re getting better every time.

Speech wise, this was probably my most favorite character play (at least to date) and I really enjoyed the dynamic between Welday & Blackburn. Bigfoot is set to return, and I can’t claim anything that isn’t protected by NDA, but it would be interesting to see Blackburn’s “friendship” with the Reverend in a sequel. Location wise I love the woods - so a sequel will definitely highlight some newer locations. I actually really loved Kurt Waters also, and if I’m being honest he reminds me of the Senator from “Chemical 8” and totally would have put him more in the movie but I was too busy spewing Marco Rubio as Person of the Year.
Deaths were really fun in this one, I’m trying to see what I can accomplish practically and I’m absorbing everything from my peers and friends across the globe!
The reverend had a lot of great sound bytes, lots of heavy dialogue. His remark about belief being partially horseshit was legitimately appalling and hit pretty hard.
There’s a lot of depth in this one. Sequel potential is an interesting prospect and it would be cool to see what you guys could pull off. Reverend and Blackburn did have a friendship that was both touching and tragic at the end. Blackburn was a great character too, Curtis really made him come to life.
Thanks for the Kurt Waters comparison to Senator Mendoza, appreciate the light connection. Incidentally, was the sheriff at the end a reference to the old Bigfoot short I made? Or just a sheriff to show that the photographer was going down hard for all the deaths in the woods? Either way strong final shot. Practical effects were good, and the Bigfoot costumes was fairly convincing.
Seriously good work, keep it up my man. You’ll go places if you guys keep upping your game.
@@danbrabow3983 whether it might not be on the official record, I can definitely confirm that I’ve always marveled a bigfoot movie ever since I saw y’all’s. My friend had wore that police outfit to my Halloween party and I told him he had no choice but to wear it in my next movie. He actually played the real Polk County Sheriff, and hopefully I’ll be able to get him in the sequel as well.

We have an absolute blast making these things, and it’s a great way for all of us to come together and hang out. This bigfoot film has been very different for us - as it’s been bringing a lot of crazy people (like yourself) into our world. The jokes on you: we don’t care what you think. We don’t care about what anyone thinks. These movies are a hobby, and a fun pass time. Why should we care about a low-life opinion like yours, when we’re having so much fun unlike yourself?
BIGFOOT IS FAKE YOU UNDERSTAND
Actually we had to pay her $8 million via a 4 year contract (and royalties) just to get her in the movie. She’s very real, and very exclusive.
Which is why you will never have the opportunity to experience a BigFoot. I’ve never seen one myself, but the sounds I’ve heard in Northern Ontario, and builds I’ve seen them put together…amazing stuff.
