📝Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500g
Cornstarch - 100g
Salt - 1 tsp.
black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
dried garlic - 1 tsp.
(all spices optional)
Hard cheese - 80g
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Boil the potatoes or bake them in the oven. Grind through a sieve or mash well with a masher. Add all other ingredients and shape into thin sticks. Fry in a pot. Fry in oil until golden in color.
