I've used it several times now and wow... I have to say its amazing. I'm not usually into Saunas but I have to say that my mind is now converted. Not only does this make me sweat like crazy (and so it should), but after I finish and shower up, I feel so good afterwards. I guess my skin simply feels better, cleaner, and I can say I sleep so well after a Sauna session. I honestly can't say yet how this will treat ailments in general, you'll have to research that, but in terms of how this works, I'm extremely glad my wife talked me into buying this. I've used it at its top temp setting at 66 degrees celcius, but started using it at around 55 degrees and finding I enjoy that best. Hope this info helps you. :)
