I will never believe that the legal divorce was Meri’s idea. You could see in her eyes how heart broken she was. You’re 100% correct, she was manipulated by both Kody and Robyn, and the cruelest part is she was then stuck there, for years, watching them together. It honestly must have tortured her.
Especially when we learn from Meri that there was a list of things she had to meet and when she met them, there was another list. I bet this was on an early list! And it must have tortured her but who allows themselves to be in that torment for a decade (at least?). She was held captive. And the fact she was strung along and learning how he speaks to her on camera. What hope was she running off of? For all that, she is not a victim. She should have ran years ago but "chose to stay" as she stated. She chose the torment versus moving on.
If a wedding band was giving Meri "claim" to him & it prompted King Kotex to melt it down, without a doubt he pushed for the legal divorce. IMO he probably started making comments about wanting a divorce long before Robyn. I'm assuming he pitched it as being equal to all wives idk. I'm just sure if a ring was too much for him, no way would he remain legally bound to her.
I thought it was crazy when Kody said Robyn is the easiest for to the kids to talk to out of all the moms. We have seen exactly how not true that is in the last few episodes. We’ve gone live on TikTok because that is where we have the larger following. Our RUclips is growing however and I’m leaning towards doing our live recaps on this platform instead. Everything about RUclips is so much friendlier than TikTok. It was a necessary way to transition to RUclips.

Yea appearances are mostly an after thought. It’s nice to have that attraction but that isn’t usually the main goal.
