Hi, although you said that you should put more emphasis on the house than the zodiac the nodes are, I feel that the Rashi plays a stronger part from my experience in Tropical. In tropical I have north node in Pisces in the 11th house. I can relate 100% to your Pisces description but not with the 11h house one.

Hi Kat, yes I think it's important to incorporate both our South and North Node. It's just that what will likely help the South Node transpire in healthy ways is non-attachment. Essentially taking a more receptive approach to it.
Hi Tommy and J E, pay more attention to the house than the sign. The house will be the most personal and represent the area of life. The sign is 'how' or the 'qualities' that will be coming through that area.
What if some natal chart sites say north node is in 12th house and some say 11th house?? It’s very confusing and I feel like I really need to know which one is correct so I can know my purpose
This is because there are different house systems. Both placements you should find to be accurate. I use the equal house system as I find it to be the most fundamental.
