Honestly, I would think it's strange to suggest bothering to build a stick framed wall 3 feet deep, but to each their own. Best of luck with that wall!
@@EcoPanelsofTennessee lol exterior insulation is becoming the standard, protecting that inner frame and that depth is a postive not a negative. Why be so defensive? totally missing the basic point that you can build a stick frame as good as you want to build it
Great question. Small wall penetrations like that are not an issue and do not weaken a panel. They're done pretty often. If you can't align your exterior tap with an interior cabinet, a plumb wall may be needed against the exterior SIP wall for access, etc. Hope that helps... thank you!

Do you use ring shank nails along with screws to secure bottom of the panels?
Wall panel to sill plate - 8d Sinkers or #10 x 1-1/2” Screws, 6” O/C. Thanks for the question!
Strange to say SIPS are better insulated than stick built when you can build a stick 3 foot deep and fully enclosed if you desired.

How do you install hose bibbs on a slab foundation with your panels?

Savings in labor cost should far offset the increase in material price.
Absolutely it can and should!
