No way... far less ammo and the hurricane while it actually has a lot of power and turn rate, it has a lack of speed. This Tempest can dictate the fight most of the time.

In a way sorta broken for 3.7, its just so freaking fast and a good team asset since youve got a good amount of ammo.
except that unless you hit ammo the AP rounds are going to give you 'hit' 'hit' 'hit' - it's miserable.
