I think it depends on how you dress, if you have a more formal style, or if you wear button ups, khakis, 'old money', I think a teen could pull it off. And also how and where you wear it. The bergamot, cinnamon, sage etc are all age blind, I think they can work regardless of style and age. The notes that stand out to me are Rum, wood, cedar and leather. These are more sophisticated notes, the bergamot kinda makes it a little sporty, but this is definitely a night time fragrance IMO. If you're going on a date, or out to dinner, definitely pick this up. Every day/school, or work, unless your work is white collar, I'd avoid. Especially right now, in America, because it's summer. But if you're not American, and its a cooler season, then it could definitely work too.
As it is generally a winter times fragrance so in winters I would say YES even teenagers can wear it. In summers if you are slightly layering it up with something then it’s alright. Third thing as @robbie mentioned in her comment it also depends on your attire and occasion, if you are wearing a dark attire or going out in the evening for a party or dinner then definitely a yes.
