The current frenzy in the Dubai RE market is similar to the 2020 stock market bull run. We all know what happened after that. And one would have to interview the buyers to know their intentions - a part time (Nov through Mar) home - or a property to airbnb out. If it’s the latter and the US/EU (and then China since their economy is export driven) go into recession that could be very bad. But not surprising that millionaires are moving there - US and EU being ravaged by leftist govs; war between RUS/UKR.
