I've ridden that rock roll (not the transfer part) and the camera does not do it justice. It's scary, nearly a 15 ft drop off to your left. That transfer was so sick.
I live in Tucson and can verify, these trails are so rad. It is cool to see how good of riders these guys really are when you've ridden the same trails, serious go-pro effect in this video.
There are alot of vids of the 50 year trail shot in the morning or day, but this is the first I have seen shot at sunset. Outstanding visuals with the dust and the sunsetting; Catalinas in the golden hour is off the charts spectacular. Thanks for posting Nate!
Great technical trails and super views Nate. Love the back wheel slides/tail whips. I'm going to start doing that. Got my emergency room visit already booked.
I hardly comment on anything, but now i have to. Thats your best video so far and i have watched most of them. Best wishes Nate. Keep it going, thats the pinnacle of trail riding !!!
Wow, there are some pretty savage looking rocks on that trail. I would have ended up walking most of it lol. Another banger of a video. Look forward every Friday for your new video. Keep up the awesome work
gotta love Tucson in the winter. it was a little rainy today but the clouds only hold the heat in. Went to the store at 8pm and had the windows down a bit cause it felt good
YAY Randy! This is Darren from Tahoe, Stayed at your place the fall before last. Looking great out there. I'm currently in New Mexico making RUclips videos of my own. I may make it down your way soon!
What an amazing trail!! So Brutal.....but everyone seemed to be having such a great time. Cant say enough about Kyle. Love his riding style, so efficient. Loved when he bunny hopped over that boulder. Maybe you should get Kyle and Lars together and let them beat the trail to death! Thanks for all the FollowcamFriday's Nate, their much appreciated!
Randy used to be my gymnastics coach, I didn’t know he was such an awesome rider (although it doesn’t surprise me at all)! I hope Old Pueblo is still going strong!
Absolutely sicko! I don't think unless you've lived/ridden there you can appreciate the high consequence nature of confronting jumping cholla, ocotillo, saguaros, rocks, and tequila/mescal. :-) Try pulling 1/2" - 1" spines with barbs outta your body/outerwear. Tip of the sombrero and "Salud!" to all!
For those wandering, the trails in succession are 50 year, upper 50 year, around the mountain, rattlesnake, cowboy slick rock, back to upper 50 year, middle gate, and back on 50 year. At least according to Trailforks. And it was a clockwise loop. That transfer was nuts.
Also if you’re ever out here again Nate, there are bigger and gnarlier rock slabs off the beaten path of Gem trail that you passed just before you went through the gate on Upper 50 year.
I cry when I see a playground like trails at Golder Ranch. You're really blessed in Utah.. Hoping a series with Mr Mears, Kendall, Weingarten and Bringhurst in the same vid, with plenty points of view. FollowCamFriday a brand you can trust! 😎
Mobbing with the boys, the best. I wonder what kind of calorie intake you get from all the dust in these fcf videos, hopefully you don't have allergies.
Hopefully, it would be fairly insignificant, unless one inhales while in the middle of those dust clouds as if they were ripping a s̶i̶x̶ f̶o̶o̶t̶ b̶i̶n̶g̶e̶r̶ 🅐 🅢🅤🅑🅢🅣🅐🅝🅣🅘🅐🅛 🅢🅘🅩🅔🅓 🅣🅞🅑🅐🅒🅒🅞 🅦🅐🅣🅔🅡🅟🅘🅟🅔. Anyone else miss watching Kyle have his way with the trail? It's been too long.
For sure! That guy rips!
When I saw it was Kyle, I watched immediately.
That dude is an insanely talented rider.
That dude rides the way the rest of us think we ride
2:58 roosting on the uphill
That transfer line on the main slab is insane.
Proper transfer for sure.

The Metal intro is very fitting for the rugged AZ desert trails of Tucson
Randy lives for metal.

The moves from 3:23-3:33 are insane. Nice work as always boys!

Love it! One missed turned and death by cactus! 🌵 Awesome riding! Beautiful trail!

I believe in you! ha
Amazing to see you guys shredding my local trail. I live 10 min from 50yr. Thanks for the great video Nate!
Love your trails!
I've ridden most of those trails for 25 or 30 years and never seen them ridden like that!
Dayum! Everything about that edit deserves an A+! Trails, visuals, shredding... perfection.
Cheers!
This vid has to be in the top 5 of all time for Nate! Phenomenal.
Yes, I've been waiting all week for that. TY Nate
What a stoke, Mears is a monster 👺, alt lines all day long. You guys crushed it, cheers Nate.
Kyle is a legend!
Can't believe you were riding that fast in all that dust. Super rad!!
Coffee, Death Metal, and Push ups Shirt is on point! Jamie Jasta! Metal and Mountains!
Randy is such a legend!
Love the desert! Especially this time of year ... 😉
The best!
What a beautiful place!
It really is!
Man I miss Tucson! 50 year!!! The dust is a beast, isn't it! Hope you rode Miligrosa while you were in Tucson.
Much love for Millie

Way to send that rock roll at 6:10! I know that slab well and you sent the nearly vertical option on rider's right. Gnarly!!
Fun to watch!

Those trails are some of my favorites in Tucson. We have such great trails here.
The best!

So much going on in this video I had to watch it✌🏼times😂
Damn i should just take my sorry ass vid off of youtube LOL 😂. Solid riding brah! Mean kine action 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

That save at the end in the dust cloud was pretty crazy.
Got lucky there.
watched this after 2 hours of online school... I can feel the stoke, thanks for sick vid 🤙
Glad the raw emotion comes through.
Fun riding. Yo Pete!
Badass Nate and fellas..
Cheers.

Nate, would love some bike checks on your guest's bikes. Just a thought... Love your work man!
grateful ride.
those trails are very similar to the ones here in Santiago de Chile, a lot of antigrip and a lot of dust !! ... greetings friend!
Very similar to the riding I have done around Santiago. Love the antigrip!
I have a roscoe 8 trek hardtail 2021 I like watching you ride😎
Another banger🔥🔥🔥
Is it higher consequence to endo turn at the top of cliff or right in front of a 12 foot Saguaro? And yes, great to see Kyle again!

so route is start by climbing 50 year, climbing upper 50, climbing around the mountain, then down starts? thanks
Покатушка суперская, звук подвески и природа завораживают.Отдельное спасибо за металл👍🤘
Eaaaaa perrillo, a ver cuándo sacas una serie en México, hay muy buenos trails acá.
0:45 Coffee & Death Metal & Pushups t-shirt? Must. Have.

What tires you rocking out here in AZ Nate?
Assegai, Aggressor combo here.
Very nice but missing camera shooots from dron
This trail is not for Hardtails, only FS?
Good stuff guys. The lighting was terrible but the action awesome as always.
Hey you ever ride your bike in the badlands of moffat county Colorado?
I have not.
@@natehills9388 there's some pretty unique riding to be done here if you know a local guy to show you where it is
Does it make sense to describe desert as....lush?
If you lived there, you would know!
So much cholla!!
Can’t believe no one hit a cactus!
Dumb luck.
What no gangstar? 😉
Would have worked equally as well.
How is the intro song called?
I'm the first! Do I get tires?
where's Lars? or does he still need more time since you Covid-squatted at his place last year?
How much faster would you be if you got to ride fox suspension?
Whoa bro! Be careful. You are hitting your front brake to much at times, you might go OTB! Snowbirds.
Thanks for the tip.
