- This is the second time I tried wet molding, I think it turned out alright. It was a little hard to get the details that I wanted without making to many marks on the leather.
This is also the first time I've used more than one camera angle. It was a little awkward for me to film, I need a better setup for the second camera.

Can I use an alternative to this leather for a fabric also which fabric can I use for this type of molding
I'm sure as long as your model is non-porous and you possiblly wax and dry it that you could use about any fabric soaked in Elmer's GLUE-ALL ( NOT ELMER'S SCHOOL GLUE AS IT'S NOT PERMANENT) and shape it around your object then cut off with a razor knife.
What procedure do you prefer for molding the leather before sculpting? Especially for this kind of complex shapes, I assume here that you may have used boiled water, is this your to go method? Thank you!
For this project, I soaked my leather in regular water straight from the tap, no boiling required. There really is no go to method for me, just persistence and crossed fingers.

Hello, yes I do custom work, but not with leather molding like you see in the video.
What material you use for the leather to be molded
You mean what I used as a mold? I shaped my leather on a crystal skull.
What kind and thickness of leather do you use?
For this project, I used a pre-dyed vegetable tan leather in 4 - 5 oz, but I think a thinner one would've been better.

As much as I enjoyed the video. I found that the music does not really fit Into the theme of the video. Felt too dramatic and was overwhelming at times
