আমি বানিজ্য মেলা থেকে Vision এর একটি ইনফ্রারেড কুকার কিনেছিলাম। কিনতে গিয়েছিলাম মূলত ইনডাকসান কুকার। তাদের সেলসম্যানরা আমাকে ইনফ্রারেড কুকার কেনার পরামর্শ দিল, সবধরনের পাতিল ব্যবহার করা যায়, খুবই অল্পসময়ে রান্না হয়, বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয় হয়, ৩/৪ মিনিটে কুকার ঠান্ডা হয়ে যায় ইত্যাদি। আমিও তাদের কথায় প্রভাবিত হয়ে কিনে ফেললাম।
বাসায় গিয়ে প্রথমে পানি ফুটাতে দিলাম, লাগল ৭/৮ মিনিট। তারপর দিলাম ভাত রান্না করতে, লাগল প্রায় ২৮ মিনিট। যা ইন্ডাকসান চুলার চেয়ে তিনগুনেরও বেশি সময়। ভাত রান্না করা শেষে কুকারের কুলিং ফ্যান চলল প্রায় ২৩ মিনিট, তারপরও কুকার ঠান্ডা হলনা। অথচ তারা বলেছিল ইন্ডাকসান চুলার মত খুব দ্রুত রান্না হবে এবং মাত্র ৩/৪ মিনিটে কুকার ঠান্ডা হয়ে যাবে।
ফোন দিলাম তাদের নাম্বারে, বলল ইনফ্রারেড কুকার এই রকমই। আগে যা বলেছিল তার কোন কিছুই স্বীকার করলনা।
তারপর ফোন দিলাম কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বারে, তারা অভিযোগ নিল কিন্তু বলেই দিল এটা কোন অভিযোগই না। আমাকে যে কেনার সময় ভুল তথ্য দিল তারব্যপারে তাদের কিছুই করার নেই।
বিক্রয় করার সময় যা বলল তার কিছুই নাই তাদের পণ্যে, অথচ সেটার দায় তারা নিলনা।
RFL এর Vision বা Vigo ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্য কেনার আগে সবাই সাবধান থাকবেন। তাদের কথায় প্ররোচিত হবেননা। পুরাই ফালতু।

what will happen if hot water or fish jhol (liquid gravy) falls on the hot surface of the cooktop during cooking ? Is normal water falling on the hot surface dangerous? My mother feels the heat, humidity and suffocation while cooking food in gas oven. she feels comfortable in cooking food in induction oven. She can run the ceiling fan at the time of cooking. Will she feel the same comfort and coolness as that of Induction oven when cooking food with this infrared cooktop or she will feel the heat and discomfort of gas stove while cooking food with this infrared cooktop? Can she run ceiling fan during cooking?

क्यो की हमने प्रस्टीजका टच बटनवला 4500 रु. खरीदा था जो दो माह मेही खराब हुवाॅ
गैरंटी थी किंतु सर्व्हिस सेंटर वालोने दो माहतक़ घुमाया दोबारा चार माहिनोमे फिरसे खराब हुवा तब आठ माह होनेसे गैरंटी खत्म हुई जो रिपेअर करनेमे 450 रु.खर्च करने पडे
बादमे हमने उसे बंदही रखना सही समझा
आपलोग एडमे तो हरबात अच्छी तरह बताते है लेकिन अनुभव विपरीत आता है
यह टेक्नाॅलाॅजी एडव्हांस लग रही है
