The Moon Presence is the one making Gehrman trapped as the host of the Hunter's Dream, but if you talk to the Doll after killing the Orphan she says that Gehrman has stopped having nightmares (furthering the connection, the soundclip of sobbing the Orphan uses at the end of its introductory cutscene is reused from when Gehrman has one such nightmare, just pitched down).

This game reminds me so feverishly of Crash Team Racing, yet Micolash's theme is RIGHT THERE mixed in with it. I absolutely ADORE the combined faithfulness of the media inspirations.
I'm aware Sony is making Bloodborne Kart not be Bloodborne anymore...but I hope this track remains, or at least remains mostly intact, in the final product. It's such a fucking banger!
