    GRIND THE KAJU USING PULSE BUTTON ( IN 2-3 BATCHES) (OTHERWISE THE KAJU WILL RELEASE OIL)
    SIEVE
    THE KAJU POWDER SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
    2 TABLESPOON MILK POWDER
    MIX WELL
    1/4 CUP WATER
    1/2 CUP SUGAR
    MIX UNTIL THE SUGAR DISSOLVE
    KEEP BOILING THE SUGAR SYRUP
    KEEP BOILING UNTIL THICKNESS LIKE THIS (TWO STRINGS)
    TURN OFF THE FLAME & ADD THE KAJU POWDER
    MIX IT GENTLY
    IT WILL FORM LIKE A DOUGH
    SPREAD LIKE THIS FOR COOLDOWN FOR 5 MIN.
    TRANSFER IT ON A BAKING PAPER
    SPREAD IT
    KNEAD IT FOR 2-3 MIN.
    IT WILL BE A SMOOTH TEXTURE
    ROLL THE DOUGH
    APPLY 1 TEASPOON GHEE OVER IT
    SILVER WARQ / SILVER LEAVES ON THE TOP
    KEEP 30 MIN. FOR COOLDOWN
    CUT THE KAJU KATLI IN DIAMOND SHAPE
