I’m confused how a debit card can help with medical expenses? If they don’t have any money in their bank account a debit card is useless, they should be using it as an ad for credit cards.
in thailand bank offer insurance with debit card fee (extra fee + 15-20 usd/year) . It limited protection for small accident . in discription at 2:24 / 1,000 thb (30 USD) per day and max 10 time / year. or accident pay 5,000 thb(140usd)
