But the price of 36M is way too far from the price when he bought it including the renovations and improvements. Surely the intention here is renovate and sell... not bad for an investment though.
For a risky investment considering it near Taal Volcano, the asking price is way too high. Taal Volcano is prolly the primary reason why this is being sold, the owners were probably traumatized by volcano's recent eruption.

Yeah i agree, that house don’t cost 36M. Just look at flooring ceiling and windows. That don’t cause that much.
