you guys need to understand no one is trying to punish the disabled by taking away their children, the thing is that when children grow they need to learn a lot of things from their parents to understand why a lot of changes are happening to them and also needs guidance on many other things, if not there are chances for them to be influenced by the darker parts of society. I agree with what you said about people learning to be good parents with their experiences with Children, but it won't be possible with some people so the law doesn't want the children to face difficulties, even though it is not the mistake of person to be born that way, and also there are normal people who failed to be parents, this is just a case where everyone's trying to do the best for this child including the lawyer.
Yes but given how the movie showed the interaction between Krishna and the lawyer was harsh it feels like a punishment given to the father which is understandable since it's a movie it's supposed to be dramatic
@@Dudleydavid0443 that is right no matter how you see it, this is a punishment given to father, but what the lawyer is saying is quite right even though you have dad so loving at the end a girl needs a mom at certain age, maybe Krishna can take care of her as a child but after sometime he can't protect or teach his daughter at the end Krishna took a right decision to give her away, if we keep right or wrong aside, I still cry for krishna character and for this court scene everytime I watch it.
