Никогда не были наблюдателями на выборах? :) На секунду закрыл телом эспандер или не видно человека, то всё уже урна заполнена левыми бюллетенями :) Проще всего сесть за стол, поставить перед собой камеру , на столе положить мел и пакет с эспандером, включить камеру и никуда не отходить и закрывать никаким телом эспандер. Нет, создают разные домыслы в подмене эспандера, человека, принятия допинга и тд :)
