@@kleenrite Okay mine is beside toward the bottom seem like every pump room set up I have found after seeing yours have had them above. Anyways your vid's are a big help for me just starting a S. Serve CW up here in WA state! TY
We are using the Flojets for Tire Shine. Air is on for 1.5 seconds. 30 psi. The liquid continues to flow long after the air shuts off, out onto the brushes. Any ideas as to why?
here is the reply I received. Hope it helps. Gravity. Once the line is charge at 30psi it’s pushing product at that rate, once the air shuts off the line is still full of product so it still flows freely just not being pushed at 30 psi. So brushes being fed from above means the products will flow with gravity out of the brush even though it is not being pushed .
The exhaust is leaking considerable air - is that a fixable issue or is the pump in need of replacement ?
It is possible a diaphragm kit will fix the issue. However, when this happens we usually replace the pump
@@kleenrite Thank you ...will order a replacement ...thank you
no problem! we are here to help!
So proper flo jet mounting needs to be above the chem.tanks it is drawing from?
It should be above or beside it, but not below it. It also shouldn't exceed 14' from the tank.
