In my opinion, it should actually just say 'Featuring Chris Taylor and Chris Bear of GB, DOE bring...', since Rossen isn't playing as part of GB here and you don't normally list all the members of a band for a video like this. You're right, though, if they're going to mention everyone else, it's kind of a dick move to snub Nicolaus.

'The other guy' is Fred Nicolaus. They're actually best friends, and he almost certainly wrote this song.
I'm not sure why as the band only consists of him and Rossen, the others are just extras.....they just happen to be Grizzlies.
