I love Adam22 I am a huge No Jumper fan. This is something hard for me to deal with. Adam said a few weeks ago that this podcast wasn’t really a music podcast anymore - it’s a gang podcast. Gangs are essentially modern gladiators or western cowboy stories, it’s human nature to be interested. It does feel odd thought that the poorest, marginalized community seems to be affected by actions said on this podcast.
I think saying No Jumper doesn’t directly contribute to gang violence in 2022 would be false. I think for No Jumper to avoid further controversy or possibly a really big scandal they need to change the tone of their discussions relating to gang violence. The sad reality is that Gang Banging is cool and one of the last underground cultures in America that isn’t commercialized.
