  • In this video, it’s clear how I feel about this book, I am flabbergasted by most of it, and someone is “bitchily seductive.”
    My opinion:
1950s and older: Classic-Classic Sci Fi
    60-70s: Classic Sci Fi
    80s-1995: “Classic” Sci Fi.

This may have been written in the 80s, but Williamson had been writing pulp sci fi since the 20s...by the 80s he was mostly known as the oldest sci fi writer with the longest career. Never a great writer, he did some interesting stuff in terms of the development of sci fi in the 30s and 40s.

❌ Wow, this one was dinging all of the bingo tropes that I had high hopes! A good few rants 😁 And voice acting! 😆

Sometimes the ones with the most dated stuff are the most fun to review!
