Evidemment c'est un style très féminin, rose d'abord, tout le monde n'aimera pas nécesairement. Tout est splendide, incroyable, cette architecture extérieure, les piscines... Yes, we felt lucky to access and sell such a landmark of the black Périgord. Josephine Baker owned it, as well as the Chateau des Milandes overlooking the domain. In fact, the restaurant which is still there, used to be owned and run by her husband. She would host her guests in the houses comprised in that domain, so that’s a real piece of the French History that you’re buying when buying such beautiful French property.
