Such magnificent music-making has the power to heal: first to cleanse, then to fortify: to strengthen the soul for the tasks of life. Bravo to Sir John: and Bravi to his associates, who have dedicated their lives to this great and noble pursuit. That the costs are great is understood. I can only offer my thanks.
Very lovely performance. The children's voices...so effectively placed by Berlioz at the end of each scene (their sound and effect explicitly described in the score) have never been more beautifully realized. One of the best performances you will hear. Now where's the commercial release? LR

Very beautiful. So the soloists/conductor walked on stage with masks and then took them off when they started to perform... give me a break. How about not wear them at all? I guess the air was cleaner on stage....
