I really can't do this practice😢 the moment I'm in my heart, I burst into tears and sob, can't even get close to gratitude... what should I do?

Lovely interview. I hope my message gives all hope. Bit long sorry but worth it. Enjoy! Love is our greatest comfort and teacher life has ups & downs so do marriages/relationships when we over focus on them. Walk about see & feel gods grace & love everywhere you go and inside you. Yesterday love was flowing freely as I walked streets of Boston on every corner people and cars bustling about, at the Rain Beatles Tribute Concert hundreds of us sang, danced, connected together in love and peace. Beauty of my husband & I awkwardness trying to find our sweet spot after 25 years of marriage now embracing empty nest. See love is everehete not just in the honeymoon effect of new romance we are flowing in gods grace all the time. Humorous and humble to know we are always flowing in love when we agree all is love ❤ unconditional love of god is perfect I know this for sure. To feel its presence stop looking for perfection see homeless person as god sees them, see awkwardness of change as god sees it, see beauty in a city for all its people. May not appear perfect on the outside look deeper & connect. ❤ love abides in all by allowing yourself to fall in love with what looks broken, damaged unrepairable. remembering Gods ways are higher than our ways Gods love raises us up. My marriage was doomed my heart shattered 10 years ago I needed hope. I cried out to God. Soft voice comforted me asked if I’d let him fix it. Alone & broken I surrendered. 2 days later I find myself in a new church guided to a bookstore, guided to a CD Fireproof your marriage, guided to a book The Love Dare. 30 days later I sat in a wedding it was perfect. God was about to teach me of a love that existed beyond the perfect bride and groom & lavish wedding. The air fills with love I feel the presence of love everywhere & the wedding fades. My heart opens and the love in the room starts pouring into my heart “this is god this is unconditional love will you accept it?” My heart my life my memories god washes away in seconds all I feel is a love I have no words for only perfect. I’m told this love will heal anything from cancer to broken hearts. God healed my broken heart in in seconds no therapist or surgeon could have done. Why did I ever think I could have fixed my heart by myself. Be still know I am God! ❤ God heals the broken hearted. ❤ God used all the love from the wedding guests to heal me now that’s a love I can’t explain. 😇🙏
