    Would you ever consider a huge event when the coordinator wants 35-40% commission for you to sell there? (This is just for a snack food only)

      No that % is to high. You wouldn't be able to profit.

      If the event attendees cannot easily come and go, attendees stay for 6 hours plus; if the attendees stay at the event multiple hours during two meal periods; if the promoter is providing events inside the main event that are keeping the attendees actively involved. MAJOR PROVISO: Your increased prices to pay the added fees do NOT exceed customary high attraction event pricing. History of event attendance exceeding 20,000 plus attendees per licensed food vendor.Promoter providing event lighting, plus has at least one wholesale food supplier ingress egress freedom into the event. ONLY THEN YES If you have trained workers willing and physically able to work the high traffic event lasting 10 plus hours per day. ONLY IF ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS MET. Example: STATE FAIRS, KNOTT's BERRY FARM, DISNEYLAND, etc.
