Just received my 6" version and had some fun cutting back a mulberry tree. I'm a 69 year old gramma who's nervous of electric tools. But this is the best impulse buy I've done in years. Thanks for the review.
Thank you for your testing and comparison. You answered so many questions I had on this product.
Thanks for watching
This is the Best small chainsaw comparison video in RUclips.
Thank you so much for the kind words. Thank you for watching.
I bought the 6 inch to get the case & all the extras. Then i ordered a separate 4 inch bar. Best of both worlds.
I’ve realized that these are great accessories when you’re harvesting wood and saving battery/gas. Mini chainsaws for limbing, regular chainsaw for bucking.
Best review, great job, thanks.
An extra $44 gets you a longer chain blade and an extra battery. For me, that's a no-brainer.
Seems like the 6 inch chain will last longer since more blades will require less rotation & wear than the 4 inch chain to cut through wood.
That is a good point and something to add to the pros list for the 6"
I would have preferred the fan not running while you were talking. Unnecessary noise?
I just ordered one. The discription says it has a brushless motor, which is better with longer life than a simple motor. Can you confirm that the motor is brushless?
Just got my 6" one it's great for cutting pallets for kindling £60❤
I wonder if you could put a 6 inch blade on the 4 inch unit?
@bobbrock4221 if you have the guide bar for the 6" chain with the chain itself, it is interchangeable with the motor head. The motor heads for 4" & 6" are the same motor heads with the ones I have. Thanks for watching.
Great video sir!
Thank you, and thank you for watching
This may seem like a stupid question, but will a 4" replacement chain fit the 4" model saw? I can't see how a 4" chain will reach from the sprocket to the tip of the guide bar. The instructions are useless.
Were the replacement chains from same manufacturer?
The ones I have fit on, but had to take cover off to install. There is also an adjustment screw you might need to loosen to put on, then tighten back up after you put back on the sprocket.
Hope this helps. Thanks for watching
I've been pricing them and it would help me out 🎉Im sold 🎉🎉🎉🎉
How do unlock my 6 inch shaker Chan saw
Not sure the question, is it locked up and not spinning when you pull the trigger? When the battery is not in, can you spin the chain by hand?
With a key.
Try contacting them GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
Like #10! My NEW friend, we did a review of the 4….nice little saw! Take care! See you soon!
OMG those are so cute, haha.
This helped me make my decision between the 4 inch and 6 inch. But How do you sharpen the chains?
There are special chainsaw sharpeners that are available but a small rat tail file would be the most economical option.
With a lot of skill. Or take it to your local tool rental or mower shop and they will sharpen it for you.
i cant find the 20V in germany. Just 18V
Only a guess on my part but I suspect that Europe has stricter regulations on how a company represents its specifications. The 18V and 20V batteries are exactly the same. The battery will measure slightly more than 20V as soon as it is taken off of the charger but it is 18V nominal.
The company that selling this saw don’t give out contact number I bought one twice it worked then nothing it is sat in my shed still no contact number I will be contacting consumer rights this has not gone through enough tests
