They mourn the loss of their children regardless of where they stand. I can personally agree. unfortunately the people of Russia are trapped by the United States. and is not me who are saying, But the Americans Say it. this War was planned, by the United States. google interviews from people like John Mearsheimer professor of Chicago University, Jeffrey Sachs, former advisor of many eastern european countries, and professor of Columbia University, Scott Ritter former U.N. weapons inspector. he was persecuted by F.B.I. for telling the truth on 2003.
and check the interview of Colonel McGregor made by Tucker Carlson last October. it says a lot.
Russians have no Choice, and this War could habe been avoided many Times. but the Plan of the United States was to use Ucraine as a Battery Ram to bleed Russians.
its a terrible thing, that United States cannot do anything different from War to dominate the World. and now they are so frustrated because Russia is winning the War. and there is no hope for the Poor ucranian Army,

Why is it so surprising??? People are people. We all have the same worries and cares. We all get hungry, we all get cold, we all get hurt, we are all the same with different cultures. As long as they are not a culture that wants to destroy every other culture then I can live with that. And I can enjoy their culture and would love to learn more about it. I live in the US and I so disagree with my Federal Gov. about who our enemies are and who they are not. It is the Middle East that I worry about, not Russia. For if we were friends with Russia, nothing could come against us. Nothing!!! And Russia is a Christian country for the most part. At least they still know the difference between a man and a woman.

    Thank you for the videos.
Life in a village in Russia seems similar to life in a small town in northern Wisconsin, USA. It is very rural up there and people have to be relatively quite self sufficient. My mother was raised up there and as a child she had to pick berries and fish to help feed her family. It is still similar today. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of jobs in northern Wisconsin and a lot are living off of government pensions and equivalents.
I also liked how you kept in the clip of one of your grandparents that put all Americans into the same anti Russian group. That intellectual shortcut also exists with many in the USA in regards to Russians and Chinese. Of course they are wrong. If the official USA government stance is against Russia or China that doesn't mean all of the people in the USA are against the people of Russia or China or even most of them are. I blame the mainstream media because they are always writing stories in the context of "US does this, Russia does that, or China does those, when it is just some part of the government of that respective country doing those things. I also find being labeled as having the same opinion as the USA government offensive when I usually don't. Most people in the USA don't agree with the US government on most of the things that government does.
It is true that the American's government has been anti Russian government. And that many have taken the intellectual shortcut handed to them by the mainstream media that all people in a country are the same as the government of that country. But your candid portrayals of everyday life in Russia present an irrefutable fact that people are people, they are not government policies. And that is likely quickly evident to nearly anyone seeing them.

I'm sorry that life due to the sanctions have made is even worse. The Russian people have suffered for many generations. It's depressing. The ending was important to hear. The news tells us to hate and live in fear. We should not spread hate and fear. We need more understanding and love. That's how the world improves. Thank you, Nesty. I enjoy your content - greetings from USA!

The media paints Trump as a racist and so but he never took a dime to be president nor did he start a war. He worked with Putin to get rid of ISIS.

Watching videos like yours from Russia where the young people of your generation are making such wise choices and decisions gives me hope for the possibility of World Peace someday. I'll be turning 65 years old in a few days. I was one of the hippies in the 60s and 70s that demonstrated in the streets for world peace here in America when I was your age. But alas, our government refused to listen to us. But unfortunately the percentage of us who lobbied for world peace was just too small to make any changes. But after seeing videos such as yours, and speaking to the young people here in America, I'm confident that one day soon, hopefully within my remaining lifetime, we will actually see World Peace. For a long time I sympathized with the hippies and the peace movement, I guess I still do to a certain extent, but I also realize that idealism has also led us to the point we are at now: where people demand student loan forgiveness for a legal contract they entered into, where squatters take over homes and live free for months or years while the rightful owner struggles to stay solvent, where the government propagandizes everything to manipulate people. I don't know the solution for the US, we're the same people inside as the Russian villagers, but we have to get our government under control and that starts with taking the financial profit out of government service.

I am a 60 year old American who lives a simple country (rural) life, much like your Grandparents. I have been following the Russia Ukraine issue for 8 to 10 years. Be assured, it is NOT Russia who caused this conflict and it was not Ukraine either. It was my country and it's corrupt leaders that forced this war upon your people. Your leader, Pres. Putin, actually went to great lengths trying to avoid this conflict and I (and many other Americans) have great admiration for him (and your people). Putin has brought your country from the post Soviet Union collapse to a much better place today and toward an even better place in the future. I am sure you cannot get the information that we can get here in the USA but you should feel happy for your future. War is BAD, it should be stopped and it will end. But your leaders cannot stop this war. Only the US and Western Europe can end this conflict. Pray it will be far sooner than later. I do!!!

    • @sosa_boss

Moscow and St. Petersburg are the capitals of Russia. Life is quite different in these cities. It is not for nothing that most Russian people separate life in these two cities from life in the rest of Russia. It is radically different. In most cases, people who do not live in cities with a population of more than 1,000,000 people have a poor lifestyle. Sometimes, they can't even afford basic needs. For example, medicine. Pensioners are used to this kind of life, so they perceive their situation as absolutely normal. But almost all of them barely make ends meet. That is why even very old people plant potatoes in the spring. This helps them save some money during the winter. And that is very sad.

@@sosa_boss You wrote some nonsense! 😂

I bet you lived in less cities than I and even can’t compare 😂 You even don’t know, that both Moscow and Saint-Petersburg is not the most expensive cities in Russia. And not with highest salaries. North and Far East is most expensive and richest cities.
      2. Medicine in Russia is free and regular people can afford for self medical level far above than regular people in rest world. If compare with western countries, it is level which have only upper middle class (minority).
And you are mad, medicine _never_ represent basic needs, whole history of humankind it luxury, only communists proposed conception of so-called “medicine for mass”.
Epidemic in 2020 perfectly demonstrated for comparison how in Western countries medicine is unavailable for regular people, in huge cities, like Chicago, there are less boxes/beds than even in small Russian towns 😂 You are like alien. Do you traveled? Do you know that in Latin America exist a lot of hospitals specially for US citizens because majority can’t afford for self medicine in US? Do you know that in Russia exist tourism for medical help, each year millions people came to Russia to get high quality and cheap medical help. For Russians it is just free.
      3. You talk nonsense about potatoes 😂 I just opened online market (22 Oct 2023), 1 kg of potatoes in Moscow (one of the most expensive city) is ₽15. It means on average pension it is possibly to buy 1,2 ton of potatoes. With spouse it is already 2,4 tons of potatoes each month! Do you understand what nonsense you talk? 😂😂😂 Potatoes cost nothing and it is impossibly to save money when you growing potatoes at all.

Coming from someone who served in the military as a Lieutenant I can say that all armies generally recruit from rural regions. Rural people are more used to dealing with the elements like rain, mud, cold as they live simpler lives so the lack of comfort of the front will not affect their morale as much as they are much more stoic than city people. Another point is pure economic reasons, because city people are usually more educated so their GDP per capita output is disproportionately larger for the economy, for example, a doctor or an engineer takes at least 5 years to be trained and millions in school infrastructure investment if they are killed at the front the long term blow is very hard. This is a lesson Russia learned in the 90s when most of their educated population fled to the west during the crisis after the fall of the soviet union (something that was made by design by the Americans) this is pretty much why educated people when drafted will become officers and not grunts.

    • @neilreynolds3858
      @neilreynolds3858 Год назад

True, but educated people from cities make the worst officers when they gain rank. The people in the Pentagon have almost never spent any time in the ranks where they were being shot at. You can't learn what war is like in school or in training or in map exercises - you have to see the Elephant yourself. Gen. Milley managed to get a CIB while serving as a staff weenie in an infantry brigade. If he deserves that, I deserve wings for being in an airborne division.

Truth? You do realize you Americans is the only thing that kept the Russians at bay from expanding even more right? Saved numerous countries including mine from the Russian occupations? These people live like this because they literally have been since forever because they can't rely on the state for anything and have to survive mostly on their own.
The Russia as we know it exists mostly in the bigger cities. Regular village folk just live their lives off the land as best as they can keeping their heads low.

Thank you for letting us see into your and your family's lives. Every country has propaganda and misinformation; however, we must first see each other as people. I was in the army stationed in Germany before the Berlin Wall came down. The training was always geared toward fighting the Soviet Army. Then Iraq invaded Kuwait, and I fought in the desert, not in Europe. I do not think governments really represent their people, yet it's the people who get sacrificed in war.

@aaravdalmia2362 Too bad that beautiful country has a corrupt government that can't handle what happened in 1991. Russia collapsed, provinces on the border got independent from the regime and became new countries. But Mr. P has to have those countries back as part of Russia and makes up dumb reasons to start a war. Hundreds of thousands of people die, all very unnecessary if you ask me.
Of course there are normal people in Russia and it's not good they have to suffer too, at least not as much as the Ukrainians.

Agent Nesty -- You are correct in your conclusion that prices for food, clothing, and fuel have been going up all around the world. Obviously, the general inflation is probably hurting Russians more than it hurts people in other countries due to the sanctions. I know those have created particular difficulties for Russians. I am an eighty year old man who retired from working on my seventieth birthday. My wife and I live in New York City, which is particularly expensive even by standard in the United States. However, I was fairly well paid when I was working so I have enough money to live pretty much as I choose and to travel and generally enjoy all the things that New York City has to offer. Here in the US, too many people are like sheep. They go in whatever direction the so-called leaders tell them to go. As a firefighter/paramedic I realized we are all pretty much same. We want to be happy, most don't want to hurt anyone else, and we love and are loved by the people close to us. Thank you for giving me insight about Russian people and how they live. @AgentNesty Here in India also mostly people from villages join the army and protect our borders. Lack of better opportunities and lack of better education and guidance are the reason behind that. The city dwellers are not very much interested in joining the armed forces, as there are better and safer opportunities available to them. Since our economy has been doing better, there are plenty options available now for an adventurous life. Fighting and dying for one's country is not one of them. During previous generations people used to join army out of patriotism and adventure both.
However, as we are the most populous nation and have one of the youngest population, our army still don't have to force or conscript youth for fighting. In fact, during the army recruitment drives youth from all across the region come as a crowd to the recruitment camps sometimes causing stampede and death of a few aspirants. So having a large population has its own benefit both from the point of view of the economy and the security.
Now coming to the village life, like Russia people living in Indian villages also try to grow most of the things needed. They lead a self sufficient kind of life. Our population on the average have much lower per capita income then Russia. And I believe all the old and retired people in the villages (or even in cities) might not be getting even as comparable a pension as in Russia. But things are improving slowly.
Our babushkas and dedushkas are equally loving. But watching the Russian vlogs I see that these people from Soviet times have a certain kind of equanimity in their approach to life. It seems these Soviet babushkas and dedushkas are a kind of Yogis.

I think everyone has his opinion on what happens atm. But to be fair I don't think that there are only people in Russia who want that war, who want to fight and kill people, whether they are soldiers or civilians. I wanted to point out, that I have three different views of perspective. One from my relatives in Russia, who don't want this war, one from my relatives in Ukraine who also don't want this war and one from Germany, where I live. If you have ever been to Germany, let me say something: Germans fear the most that right-wing radicalism will become stronger in our society, that for we demonstrate. Germans fear war. The WWII is still a very vulnerable topic. That's what war is doing! It scars generations! And from all this points of views I just want to say to you: War begins in minds.

People only know what they are told or taught about things they have no way to independently verify and that is sometimes magnified in the small towns. Social media I think is starting to change a lot of peoples ideas about what the average person thinks or feels in other countries around the world.

*A Ukrainian veteran in Kiev on Victory Day gave an interview:* “I’m 93 years old. But with what delight I see thousands of people going to the Park of Glory, to the graves of the fallen. Tens of thousands of people who give flowers, who smile, who understand what means ”May 9th"! Do you understand? But I feel one more thought. There is a barricade in Ukraine. On one side of the barricade we, veterans. And on the other side there is a state that wants to reconcile us with the criminals of the war! This is... My soul is rebelling against this".
*Some guy:* “What kind of criminals?”
*Veteran:* "Young man, the criminals know who they are. They are the ones who destroyed their people during the war."
Someone started shouting Bandera's slogan about "Glory", in the background soldiers (cadets?) began shouting the answer to this slogan "Glory to Heroes".
*Veteran:* “Those generations from the 40s are immortal, it is eternal. If I see every day at home a photograph of a 5-year-old boy, a sculpture in one of the villages of Galicia, (boy) killed along with the population of this village. It is with them that we must reconcile? "And this sculpture of a 5-year-old boy has been removed now so that people don’t remember or know about it. That’s what I see now. *points to the soldiers (cadets?)* They need these heroes."
After all the shit the Ukrainians have done, you write about some shitty videos with “Ukrainian soldiers saving cats and dogs?” We are in almost constant contact with Ukrainians. Communication with Ukrainians helps to make sure that many of them are n*zis (not all). No f*cking TV, nothing convinces so much that “part of Ukrainians are n*zis” as the Ukrainians themselves. We've been watching this crap for years. What reaction do you expect from us after everything that Ukrainians have done over the years? We won't forgive them. Residents of Donbass are unlikely to be moved by the video with “Ukrainian soldiers saving cats and dogs”, living for many years in a state of “danger”, in a state of “blockade” and watching how parts of the bodies of their children, wives, mothers scatter from Ukrainian shells when Ukrainians laughed and said that “they deserved it” or “it was just the air conditioner that exploded”, they made memes. People from Donbass cried and asked for help, small children took pictures with a poster “Ukrainian soldiers, stop killing us.” The Ukrainians scattered mines across the Donbass, in peaceful areas, in areas where women, children and old people live, where children ran to playgrounds and blew themselves up on mines, losing limbs. Playgrounds. When Ukrainian pilots received medals after hitting a children's beach. There, parents grabbed their children by the hands and ran as fast as they could. And some “savior of cats and dogs” received a medal for shooting children. When Ukrainian soldiers were captured by the Donbass militia, the Donbass militia had to rescue them from local residents who wanted to tear the Ukrainian soldiers to pieces for everything they had done.
What I wrote above has photo or video recording.
When the Russians tried to calm down their relatives in the Donbass over the phone, when they said that the Ukrainian army was k*lling them, that they were suffering. When some could not contact their relatives due to communication problems, they worried and prayed that everything would be okay. You don’t understand this, it was not your people who suffered under shells under the applause of Western countries. This is a region of ordinary workers. Workers of mines and factories became soldiers. I talked to the people living there, they are real Russian people. This is our blood, our thinking, our role model. They are heroes. And now Western countries continue to applaud, sending shells to k*ll Russian children.
We can only regret that we did not stop this g*nocide against our people, committed by Ukrainian soldiers, earlier. We kept hoping and believing either in the “brothers who must come to their senses” or in the agreement, which, as follows from the statements of Western politicians, they were not going to observe, it was needed only to strengthen the Ukrainian army.
Leave your videos with Ukrainian soldiers, cats, dogs for yourself and other Westerners who love to be touched by such videos, being in the world of fairies and unicorns. We hate lies and betrayal. We hate n*zis. And we hate it when our people suffer. Just like your ideas about freedom and democracy, of which only the word “democracy” remains, which has become a kind of curse and an example of what “democracy” is not. We don't need this self-deception.
      Patience doesn't last forever.
Post by an employee of the American arms giant Lockheed Martin against the backdrop of current events: “The best day of my career at Lockheed Martin! Stocks are up! 2 years, I have never regretted that I came to work here! God bless America!”
      *The End.*
P.S. There are reasonable people among Ukrainians, not all Ukrainians are n*zis, we understand that. But these adequate people are very difficult to find. It is very rare to find them. Very rarely. There is hope that they are simply silent, fearing reprisals. So we will accept adequate Ukrainians in our country. But we won’t tolerate n*zis in our neighborhood.

In the 🇺🇸 wishing for ☮️ in 🗺, war is so wasteful of both lives, and resources. Hopefully the politicians will let peace come again. Hopefully you will see peace, fall in love, and be able to have a prosperous family of your own one day. Be safe, keep making videos.
