Is the "demo rig" available from Honeywell?

The rig in the video was bought from Honeywell directly. The availability would be something you would need to contact Honeywell directly about. We do have this rig, and several others, at our Boiler University Classes where you could demo it as well as learn more about the controller with the help of experts. Go to www.wareinc.com/boiler-training/boiler-university to find out more about the classes.

Sorry that it has taken a few to get back with you, your comment got auto-marked as spam.. If this is for a 7800, the fault code 17 is a main flame failure after the flame has been established. www.greenheck.com/media/pdf/manuals/7800_relay.pdf Take a look here to learn a bit more. Bottom of Page 11 has your fault. Hopefully that helps!
