I have to say that I really liked Ken's approach to leadership. He (like everyone else) is aware that he has minimal experience while his assigned partners are trainees, so he decided to use their experience and let them lead the team in terms of singing and dancing while he himself focused on getting them to bond as a team which is also really important. I definitely feel that the fact that he finished third last time, which automatically made him one of the four leaders, scared him (it was quite visible in his face when JYP announced the leaders for this mission would be the "top 4" last episode), but I think he handled it well.
Tomoya's leadership once again showed up to be absolutely amazing. That kid is really a natural. Their song was the most difficult one in my opinion though, and the dance routine in particular must have taken a toll on them. Still, I think they did good. Tomoya in particular really smashed it, even his vocals were superb. Sean and Taiga obviously weren't as good as him but I definitely think the criticism was much harsher than it needed to be. I must admit that I liked their performance more than team Ken's but I'm not a professional, I don't notice things JYP does and the main factor might be in the fact that I liked their song better (and, unlike Ken's, I already knew it).

I agree, Ken led so well! He understood how to keep his team together and play to their strengths. Very well done!
I agree, I felt Tomoya also did well. They had a hard task with members of a wide skill range. I think they did the best they could with where they were at. Tomoya of course was awesome!
I don’t know the comparing the two teams is entirely fair.. but I get why they did it.

I really think that the team's compositions for this evaluation was unfair. When you see 3 high rankings and good dancers in the same team, and Tomoya with 2 low rankings contestants, struggling with their dancing, in another team and hoping to have 2 energetic and astonishing performances, that's not ok, even if they didn't compete against each other (They would have if they took the same letter in the balls). And JYP never aknowledge the differences in the performances difficulties. When you have a song with light movements and a song where you have to be fast and precise, you can't compare each other. Maybe i talk with too much emotions haha, but watching it with you again make me realise how unfair these matches were.
We know that Tomoya has a good leadership and helps the other members to grow and work on their weakness, he doesn't do miracles !
Anyway. I really love So Ken's leadership. He tries so hard to be a good leader TT. And i LOVE his "surprise face" with his big round eyes, he's so cute !!
Tomoya really makes me think of Chan. The passion, the leadership, the hardwork. Bet they are neuro atypical haha, they think a lot haha.
And i love how Eiji was so supportive in this episode ! I have such a soft spot for him

I agree, I don’t think it was a fair comparison.. the song choices were so different, the difficulties of each song were different. It’s hard to fairly judge that.. plus the overall skill of the groups. Tomoya is definitely a strong leader.
I agree So Ken did well too!! And he is very cute!! ^.^
I definitely see qualities of Chan in Tomoya! They seem to think similarly.
I like Eiji too, he seems like a good kid!
      Thank you!!!!

I just think he was too harsh on tomoya's team, grouping Tomoya with 2 of weakest contestants by far and expected them to wow him like Tomoya did with ken is his fault tbh. there is some little bit of biasness with ken I might say

I adore Ken but JYP's favoritism has shown since the Tokyo camp and this round especially was structured so there's no way Ken will miss out on a cube. I don't know if people caught it but Ken arrived in Seoul a month earlier than the rest (Yu, Eiji, Sean, Miraku, Yuki), meaning he got A MONTH more of professional training than the rest who aren't JYP trainees. Like most survival programs are, I knew not to expect zero shady elements but the blatant favoritism was very disappointing to me personally.

Again what fun, and torture at the same time. I agree with others that JYP was hoping under Tomoya’s guidance Sean & Taiga would improve at a greater rate, but the spark of unity isn’t there yet and I’m not sure timeframes will be such that it appears. Seems we can see the stronger contenders emerging as the weeks go on. Yes, next week will be a hoot. I have a love/ hate reaction to sports days. I love seeing them compete as themselves but I’m constantly gnawing my finger nails panicking over whether or not someone is going to get hurt. 😢

What fun pain we subject ourselves to…😅
I think we’re staring to see glimmers of that special group spark but it hasn’t fully developed yet. Honestly, I’m getting really worried for Sean and Taiga…
The skill level seems to go up every week. This group is going to be crazy strong… 😳
Ahhh okay, totally understandable. We never want anyone to get hurt!!

Ken is only 2 cubes away! Everyone did so well I can't see how anyone can rank last ugh! Next week should be fun.

This audition "Nizipro2" aired in Japan last year for several months, with a short summary on a morning TV show every Wednesday, and on Fridays, the subscription "Huru" aired a program in which JYPark explained in detail the team missions that aired that week, and gave his impressions of the performances, On Fridays, the subscription "Huru" aired a program in which JYPark gave a detailed explanation of the week's team mission and his impressions of the performance. In the "Huru" subscription, JYPark commented that Tomoya is full of star power, and no matter what song he is asked to perform, he does it with ease and a smile on his face. People with outstanding talent sometimes rely on their talent and neglect their efforts, and those who work hard often lack talent. I was not about to let him have it easy. So I didn't give him the most praise. He said.
Tomoya was chosen by the eleven members to lead the group, and he chose himself as the leader. I believe this decision was also the reason why he was later put on a team with members who were much less talented than he was.

JYP was very hard on tomoya's team and sodai also the song choice for them was a bit unfair for sean, but still let say tomoya's team was in-sync in the adlib i still think ken's team will win, because sean and taiga looks like back up dancer in their performance. im not saying its tomoya's fault hes skill and star quality was too far for sean and taiga to match with wanna one's energetic performance, if only they give a song thats not too technical like the other team song maybe they will have a chance. do i make sense?😂

Tomoya has really embraced the leader role, but he's being too hard on himself when he thinks their team's failure is fully his fault. He can lead a team to victory, provided his members can actually do what needs to be done. If they can't, he can't really be held accountable. Even someone like Mako can't improve the skills of Momoka when the latter can't push beyond her limit.
Ken's being smart here - he knows Sodai and Seita have more training and experience, so rather than lead with what he's got, he taps into them for input. Guy understand team dynamics, quite a contrast to what Tomoya did. Tomoya's spectacular by himself, but when you're in teams, the focus is more on the group, rather than the individual.
Sean didn't really perform bad, but if everyone else did better than him, he'll still end up last.
So, after this episode, do you think the chances of Yuhi, Seita and Ken in making the group have improved?

I agree with that. He worked very hard to lead. He was given a team with a wide range of skills. It’s a tough situation…
Ken definitely handled his own team well. It’s smart to capitalize on the experience of those around you.
I do still feel bad for Sean.. I think it makes it harder knowing everyone is doing so well that last place isn’t because they’re bad, but because others are just better…
I 100% think those three have a chance of making the group! My predictions have already totally changed!
