They control the water level daily from the dam. Mornings it's low like that then it rises as the day progresses. On the weekends it gets high earlier for all the river traffic. With the water levels at lake mead being so low i wanted to see if there is any info out there saying anything about this part of the river. This scene here looks normal to me though.. I know that spot. Nice video!
