Probably he's a rising star just like Cooper but he's only solely focuses on Grip racing. He's most likely an Asian & he's rich since he can afford the Porsche and it's upgrades we see in the game. Ray saw this a threat to his position as a king since Rudy is slowly beating his team's records here and there, winning races and he's maybe going after his title too. Fast Forward later the race between Rudy and Ray for the grip king title was held and unfortunately despite the advantage of him having a better car than Ray's. due to Rudy's inexperienced at the time and lack of driving skills. Ray manages to retained his title as a Grip King. Then he later recruit Rudy to the team as he could hone his driving skills bit better within the team and he could use his influences to promote Ray's team to the world. That's what i think about him tho...
The only way that I found to use certain classic muscle cars like the Charger R/T, Camaro SS, Road Runner, Barracuda and Challenger in other modes is by using Manual transition. You will be surprised to see how much "more speed" this class gets, and control "requires more patience too," and with proper tuning, they can be viable on maps that have few turns and more straight lines. Turner classes are still the superior ones in this mode, in my opinion
It shouldn't be that hard, the Z06 is a beast on Grip, they are good in drag, in Speed Challenge the newer Challenger is quite decente, the Viper and Z06 are good to, the Mustang 03 is good on Drift.
@@cikuI00 I believe there are scripts which unlock all the DLC and Collectors edition content for PC along with Stage 4 parts permanently available to buy. And as I've just found out you can still buy the DLCs from the PS Store if you have the PS3 version
@@alexisbaz8746 thats ok. It'll be hard to learn at first but all you really need to do is press clutch when your changing a gear and thats it. The faster you do that, the faster your gear changes.
First of all...*WHY?* Second, damn i now want to jump again on this... I fixed that "Jumpy woompy" niusance of the muscle class on my game, and maybe i should try do grip with them... Still, no car can compare with the full upgraded Cobalt on grip.
Old Muscle car thing, most of them are garbage on grip, the Camaro SS slides all over the placer, some have weird transmision that screws their acceleration, and some straigh suck in every way like the Charger RT XD
At least Rudy Chen isn't participate in that race. Imagined if he decides to participate instead

I beat the game twice, using different cars everytime. This motivated me to try beating with only muscle cars.
