Laundry is located on the sixth floor and a trash/recycling room on each floor. There is also a fitness room located on the lobby level for the exclusive enjoyment of tenants for this building.
Each studio is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher and A/C unit in each apartment. Walking into the apartment, the kitchen and closet are to your left, and the bathroom opens onto the living area.
